"A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"

"We stayed at this hotel for seven nights during our Nagano ski trip in late January 2025. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and parking costs $10 per night. Be sure to move your car before 11 AM and park after 3 PM, as spaces fill up quickly in the afternoon. The hotel has a microwave in the lobby and a Lawson store right downstairs. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next ski trip!"

"The host was fantastic, and I truly appreciated their eagerness to serve the guests. Unfortunately, as I was new to the area, I couldn't find any car parking within a 5 km radius due to the ski parking being full. So, I returned and requested a parking space, and to my surprise, they kindly allowed me to keep the car for as long as I needed, even after my hotel check-out. It's important to note how considerate they were, providing a space despite knowing they were short on parking, especially in heavy snow conditions."
