Beach house located at the beginning of the allotment Pontal da Ilha (within the Association: AMPI / COOPONTAL), corner with Rua Germano Aguiar, near the sea (approximately 150 meters). The location is very quiet, little frequented and has many areas. greens and mangroves nearby.
The house has two distinct spaces:
1) Main house - with 03 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 03 bathrooms, "U" shaped balcony, tv room, kitchen with all utensils, fans in every room; pool measuring 4 x 7 m, 1.40 m deep and barbecue; The property is in 03 land with total area of 1. 800 m2)
2) Annex: 02 suites and balcony on the first floor, and 01 room on the ground floor - with air conditioning); downstairs, space for tables and hammocks.

Este é o segundo ano que passo um período de férias nessa casa, que atendeu todas as nossas expectativas de estrutura e acomodação. Estivemos em família nesse último final de semana, e ficamos surpresos com a estrutura e o conforto da casa. O anfitrião sempre solícito e o caseiro muito receptivo. A casa da vovó rute é excelente seja para ir com a família ou com os amigos. Bem dividida e com bastante espaço, 6 quartos todos com ar condicionado funcionando excelente, acomodou com muito conforto 15 pessoas durante o final de semana. Vizinhança muito tranquila, pertinho da praia, sem problemas em relação à diversão, além do excelente atendimento do Sr. Carlos que foi sempre solícito e nos proporcionou um final de semana perfeito. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve!

Pra meus sobrinhos e filhos é a nossa casa de Praia! Três anos indo pra esse mesmo lugar e querem voltar de novo pra lá. Kkkk A casa te oferece tudo! Toda estrutura que vc precisar pra passar uma temporada num lugar seguro e tranquilo lá tem! Só falta mesmo é colocar o ar nos quartos de cima e uma tv também! E banheiro pra o quarto do anexo de baixo. Mas só tem isso mesmo! A casa é ótima! Tudo de bom!!!! Queria ter dinheiro pra alugar o mês todo! Já vou fazer a cotação pra 15 dias!
