The Iluka Villa complex is right on the Clarence River, where you can also enjoy the large swimming pool, BBQ, waterfront summer house, private jetty and your own boat ramp. The ferry for Yamba and river cruises leaves from the Boat Shed only two doors up from the Villas. There is ample parking and space for your boat as well. Iluka Villa 4 is a downstairs two-bedroom unit with air conditioning.
