It boasts an imposing exterior with heated 50 m2 swimming pool and barbecue with dinnig area. The pool and the terrace are surrounded by a cultivated green area, containing also an outside shower. An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.
