Book a hotel near Imus Cathedral, Rosario

"I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this. Then the front desk supervisor called me and notify me that its okay to just leave my room open because it is a safe area. When i requested to move me into a different room they downgraded the room type that i originally book. The funny thing about this hotel is, the lady who’s waiting outside my room informed me that whenever i wanted to go outside i have to let the front desk knows whenever i wanted to go outside. "

"Thus is a clean and comfirtabke no frills hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"Room is fair . The only issues I had was when there was a shooting and the staff did not advised me even in the middle of the night they were so loud. And tjere was a big cockroach in the restroom which ruined my whole stay."

"Staff sent us away, they accepted our booking even they are fully booked. They were not even aware that Hotels.com bookings are part of Expedia. Great hassle on our part."
