We had an excellent experience right from the time we were picked up by the shuttle until we were dropped off at the airport! The shuttle to/from the airport was prompt and convenient. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. We LOVED the abundance, quality, and variety of the breakfast buffet--from western to Korean, there was everything you could want. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The hotel is also located right beside a train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable--really nothing to complain about!

Conveniently located near the airport with spacious rooms and excellent dining options around. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are decent for the price. The free shuttle bus to the airport is a nice plus and made it very hassle free.

Loved the area and the room. Easy to get to Seoul or Incheon since the Unseo station is right across the street. Breakfast is great and convenience of Lotte Mart, 7/11 and Daiso being so close is amazing. Loved my stay and hope to come back soon.

This hotel is well located for first time tourists. There is a variety of fair priced shopping , a great money changer, really good access to train station, all very shirt walking distance. Its about AUD$50 taxi ride from the cruise terminal. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service on the hour roughly. A 2nd stay in Incheon would see me staying closer to larger shopping malls or scenery etc just for a change.

Easy shuttle transportation from and to ICN airport. Lots of things to eat and drink nearby the hotel. Perfect for a one or two night stay after a long international trip before making connections to other parts of Korea or Asia.

We arrived the hotel around 12pm, the check-in time is 3pm. They didn't offer the luggage storage, all the luggage are put under the stair corner. The front desk service is nice.
