You either had buffet or room service with a very limited menu, when you asked questions they were rude I thought I if was close to the airport that means blocks not a 20 minute ride It wasent convenient to anything 1!hour away from Seoul and there was nothing

After a 12 hour flight from London, staying at the ibis Styles Ambassador was perfect. We had a long layover on our way to Guam, and after a long flight, the free shuttle made transportation to the hotel easy. As soon as you walk in, the hotel smells amazing. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room gave us everything we needed to recover from the long flight. The buffet at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and their 24-hour mini-mart had the perfect hotel snacks. Check-out was also quick and easy. The shuttle was on-time and made for a convenient ride to the airport.
