Lovely room Great bed Very clean Fantastic breakfast with heaps of choices It was a bit isolated and to get to the city you had to go back to the airport terminal. However there were unlimited free transfers to the airport. Lovely stay I would stay again

Shuttle bus parks a distance from the building and there was not assistance or carts available. I would have liked to have other food options late in the evening. Otherwise is was a pleasant convenient stay. I will visit again.

Initially hard to find as no one in the airport knew where Ibis was. Once we arrived, check-in was easy and our room was very spacious and nice. Had such a great sleep and the bed was the comfiest we had in Korea. Great for a night before taking an early flight.

The staff are very friendly and check in was easy, but the room is quite small and you can hear other guests voices in the hallway. The hotel shuttle only runs once per hour.

This is an excellent hotel run by a very attentive and warm staff. We had a wonderful stay here and very much enjoyed the pool and other facilities. The breakfast buffet is stellar. Diamond and the concierge staff gave us insightful advice on activities around the city. I highly recommend this hotel. We were a couple but there were also lots of families.

Room is spacious, they have onsen on Level 2 costs 8800 extra. Bed is very comfortable. You can hear the planes they offer ear plugs. There is a 24 hour emart in the foyer.

The HVAC system shut off everynight for about 6 hrs making sleep difficult. This happened to others in our group so not just isolated to a single room. This needs to be addressed. Other aspects food, staff were excellent
