Cleanliness: The hotel is green friendly, clean and nice. Staff: Attentive, friendly and speaks English very well Property: The hotel is nice and spacious, but does not run AC in the winter months. We visited in early November and it was still a bit warm so we had to leave a window open. It is near the airport so there will be noise from the planes taking off and landing. It does state it is close to the airport within 2 miles, but needs to clarify which terminal it is close to. The domestic terminal is closer than the international terminal. Please make sure you have enough time for each terminal with their free shuttle. Food: There isn’t anything close by so you have to eat at their hotel restaurant or bar or perhaps grab some things at the convenience store on property.

I like how convenient it is to get to and from the airport using the hotel shuttle or the airport's shuttle (which runs more frequently). Both are free. The bathroom layout and the garden area on the third floor is also nice. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. You will hear the planes taking off as its right next to the airport, but it's cool to watch them. Overall, it's very convenient location and the staff were very efficient and helpful.

The only area of concern was the lack of attention to detail in the Buffet. Lots of empty platters in a busy buffet. It was cheap so a little more attention to detail folks. The wine on the other hand was superb!! The transport organization was spot on! Thank you.

I would have liked to adjust the A/C myself. It was controlled by the hotel and I felt it very hot. No fan, and windows were not operational. Breakfast options were great, and I wish I could have a place to eat at when I purchased convenience store food items. I would have liked a pool. I did enjoy the shuttle service. Had issues with the mini fridge and they were resolved quickly. The only thing that disgusted me a bit was a pubic hair on the shower glass that was left behind by another guest. It was at eye level and I had not used the shower.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed. It’s on airport property so you hear the planes take off. I used a noise app on my phone to block out the planes. Transportation included to the terminal is great for heading back to the airport. However when we first arrived the bus doesn’t run very often especially in the evening it’s only on the hour, so we opted to take a taxi to get to the hotel. Minor detail though.

Nice airport hotel but nothing to do close by. The only on-site dining options are a pricey buffet, pub food, or convenience store items. If you want something else to eat you will need to go to the airport. The rooms are clean and quiet, I got some good rest prior to my early morning flight.

Convenient hotel at the ICN airport
It is a very modern hotel close to the ICN airport. It offers a free shuttle to both terminals. It is pretty far from anything but the airport however, it has a bar, restaurant and a convenience store (I believe the latter operates 24 hours). The hotels is clean and well maintained.
