The condo is within walkable distance to restaurants and to the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino. Short drive to near ski areas. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Highly recommendable if you plan to visit north Lake Tahoe.

The only thing this property has going for it - is that it is connected to the hyatt . The rooms are dark, carpet is gross, they pile garbage that sits for hours outside the front of each building, the front desk is rude and less than helpful. Windows broken or dont open, they run out of coffee and the cleaning agent they use smells like moldy towels. This property is in dire need of a renovation. BUYER BEWARE: If you book thru Expedia, you will be given the worst room in the property as this is a time share and all rooms are given priority over you....No exceptions
