The location is the only reason we choose it. Super dirty carpet. They only supplied one face cloth and bath towel even though my wife and I rented the room.. I went to the front desk and asked for another set of towels and was told laundry was closed for the day. Never again will I stay in a Red Roof Inn..... It should be condemned

We arrived around 4:30 for a 3:00 check-in time the one clerk advised we could not enter for another hour and a half, as they had not yet cleaned the room. When I said we needed to get in as had to get ready to leave, the next person said oh the room is ready and was there another room as Check in time was 3. Multiple other people there that day with the same issue and being told contradictory things by the two different staff. The room was not clean when we were allowed to enter. Looked like green flem on the wall near the bed. Looked like blood on another wall. Very few towels, that were thin, old and dingy. The plumbing was bad, advised the female staff that the toilet was not working well immediately. They did nothing about it, as called a few hours later saying that we should have notified that the toilet was not functioning properly as claimed it flooded room and room below and damaged the carpet (There is no carpet near the bathroom). He was rude wanted us to return from our drive home. Pointed out that I had notified of the issue immediately to the main entrance female staff of the plumbing issue. He said he would charge all damage to my credit card. I pointed out we notified immediately. He was rude and yelling at me. Hung up when I said if he tried to fraudulent put stuff through on my credit card it is fraud. Unethical, unclean, shady and very dated. Needs refresher, even clean paint and washing the walls would help. I would not stay there again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Once you get to the property you will regret it. When I arrived to check in the lobby had 3 other customers who were complaining about their rooms being either not ready or not clean and asking for refunds. The rooms were in fact disgusting. It seems like the property didn't have sufficient staff or the staff weren't doing their jobs, but the toilet was not clean, no towels except the bath mat that laid over the side of the tub not even folded, filthy floors (not vacuumed and hardwood was unmopped, and the room reeked of Pine Sol as if they poured it in the room to make it smell as if it had been cleaned. It was so bad I risked losing the money on this room and luckily found a room elsewhere. Now I will have to fight with Expedia/Red Roof for a reufnd.

Do not book with this place!!!!
The room we were given 102 was dusty the rug had not been vaccumed, the curtain rod was broken and i had to wedge it into a little space to keep them closed for privacy, the refrigerator/freezer had a chunk of in it not letting the door close, when i asked for an ice bucket i was given 1 that smelled of chemicals, like it was just cleaned, we ended up using a plastic grocery bag to get ice from the ice machines and fill the sink in order to keep our beverages cold.The bathtub had black mold at the base of trim and the shower curtain was brown and dirty. I had asked for another room but the hotel was completely booked. We were there for a concert and was unable to book anywhere else. I took pictures but cannot add them to this.

We selected this hotel because the stay was over a high demand weekend and hotels were very expensive. I thought that because this is a chain within a cluster of other hotels in a reasonably nice area that the stay would be passable. Wrong. This hotel is a dive. Its in a very poor state of repair and while I can live with being dated, it was filthy. We entered the room to a chemical stench that smelled like...I don't know...some cleaner or disinfectant mixed with weed and smoke? Floors looked and felt like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were bits of garbage in the carpet and sizable pieces of garbage behind the night table. I'm no germophobe but I didn't feel comfortable touching the surfaces with bare skin. Everything looked long uncleaned. The toilet was loose. The sheets looked clean, but they were so wrinkled I wasn't sure they were fresh (I think they probably were but had been left in a pile for a long time; but one shouldn't have to be unsure of such things). We had to ask for towels and the way they handled the request made us wonder if the ones they gave us were clean (pulled from a pile of what I think were clean but unfolded? Again, we shouldn't have to guess).

Conditions of the room were literally deplorable. Yellow stains on the pillows, missing pillow cases from the pillows, no cover on the ironing board dirty walls, dirty refrigerator, filthy air conditioner unit, mold in the bathroom, hair from someone shaving in the sink that had not been cleaned, dirt and rust over the phone outlets/lamp, and no towels or toilet paper in the room. Management claimed the rooms were spotless and were unwilling to give a refund. We were physically unable to stay in the room because of the dirty conditions. The room had clearly been neglected for more than just a previous stay. We got a hotel at the room across the street. Management was also unprofessional and none of the rooms were ready at 4pm for the guests. Very disappointed and I hope Expedia will refund me, especially after I spoke with the management and they did not come up with a solution

The room didn’t have the necessary items required which caused me to make multiple trips to the front desk to retrieve them myself. Items such as toilet paper, wash cloths, towels, waste basket, soap, cups for coffee were all things that I had to get myself. This is totally unacceptable for services that are supposed to be provided/included with payment for the room.
