This home is the ideal spot for families or groups of friends any time of the year. A spacious deck and back yard leading to a large dock on the canal just off the river will provide all the relaxation and amenities you need from your home away from home.

There is a master bedroom with a king, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third additional queen room on one side of the home, with adjoining full bathroom. On the other side of the home is another room, which includes bunks and a half bath which leads to the laundry and right out to another back entry.

The home also comes with Smart TV's, wifi, full amenities in the kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Blankets and pillows and towels and linens are included when renting the home.

The gas grill is available for use.
Air conditioning is available in the summer.
No smoking or pets in the home.

Indian River, named after the river which flows through it, connects Burt Lake and Mullett Lake along the Inland Waterway. Conveniently located off I-75, 25 miles south of the Mackinaw Bridge, Indian River is a place that visitors of all ages will find so much to enjoy throughout the entire year.

For winter activities, snowmobiles are available for rental in town through Burt Lake Marina and Indian River Sports Center.

Nub's Nob Ski Resort and Boyne Mountain Resort are nearby for your skiing and boarding enjoyment.

For water and boating enthusiasts, pontoons and jet skis are available hourly, daily and weekly from 4 local marinas:
