Great place!
The location of the Laughing Lizard was within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a breakfast cafe and more. We loved our time there and would consider renting the whole place for a family reunion! The swim spa was a bonus, although since it was hot, hot outside, we didn't get in it since the water was so warm. It would be great on a cooler weather day. It was nice to have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas available.

Home Away from Home
What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Graig was so accommodating with our need for a pack and play and high chair. Its so close to the ocean you can almost step outside to enjoy. Quiet and relaxing place for us to unwind. Loved our stay and will certainly be back again!

Beach vacation with the "grands"
Comfortable spacious and user friendly home - 5 people all were happy with the space and the swim spa especially the grandkids. The weather was cool and windy so this added feature was well used and enjoyed by all.

Although the property isn’t beach front, the proximity to the beach is very close.
The process is very easy. It gives the impression it is beachfront. Don’t be fooled, it isn’t. Although, it is a very short walk. The Beach Wave restaurant/bar across the street is fabulous. Overall, I would rate my experience as good.

Great location
This property is in a great place, with quick access to the beach. The street crossing was busy at times, but it was an easy walk to the beach. The condo was stocked with tons of things needed for the week’s stay. The place was clean and comfortable and very welcoming. The property manager was extremely easy to work with. We absolutely loved this place. Washer and dryer were nice and worked well. *My only complaint would be, there were only 4 wash clothes in the condo.*

I stayed here with my two children ages 3 and 8 and my cousin and we had a blast. Such a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance with the convenience of eating in certain meals with full kitchen. Having washer/dryer was also super convenient. Would definitely come back!

Relaxing Beach Trip
This property is exactly as explained. We stayed in the 2b/2b loft unit on the backside of the property. MUST be able to climb stairs to stay here as it is a townhouse on 2nd floor. Very clean and roomy accommodations. Good water pressure and fast hot water in showers. Beds comfortable and living room furniture adequate. A/C works well and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Automatic ice maker in fridge. Excellent location as it is right across the street from public beach access along with three dining options (beachside bar/grill, Paris bakery/breakfast, All-American eatery). Other restaurants are within walking distance in either direction. (seafood, Italian, pizza) This rental includes the use of “beach buggies” to carry all your things to the beach which was great. They had bag chairs, some kids sand toys, beach umbrellas (all broken), and pop-up canopies. We brought our own chairs and cooler but were thankful to have the buggy to use. Only two negatives: (1) master bedroom is on third floor and has blinds on windows, but they don’t adequately block the streetlights. Thus, four windows let in a lot of light which makes it hard to sleep if you need darkness. Bring a sleep mask. (Dark/light blocking curtains would be a big help.). (2) This unit is above the outside carport which has been converted to open air sitting areas and where the “swim spa” ( large hot tub) is located. Noise from other patrons of this property using these features travels straight into your rooms. It would be awesome if the owners would set a nighttime time limit and shut down the swim spa area at 10:00 pm, posting signs and making renters know the guidelines ahead of time. Otherwise, bring ear plugs. Other than those two things, it was a great rental and we enjoyed our time exploring this part of Florida.
