Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. Peaceful and restful area.

great place to stay.
the threshold of the entrance door to the condo is dangerous, I tripped and so did my grandkids, it is very dangerous to walk down them into Garage. the only other thing is all the trash containers where full when we got there and next set out was friday morning when we left, we set trash out to be picked up. all in all I would stay at property again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental
My family and our friends absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect! We had a quick walk to the beach and were blocks away from many restaurants and shops. It was a short easy drive to Clearwater, along with the bigger grocery stores. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed to cook in. The bedrooms were spacious, and we loved the chairs on the multiple balconies so we could sit and read, look out at the water, and sunset. We also loved the upstairs patio where we could watch the sunset, although the beach was so close, we walked there most nights. Catherine was so helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. We really appreciated having her as a resource. We loved that a cooler, chairs, and umbrella were provided for the beach, and added our sandcastle making items to the collection for future guests to use. We ate at Guppy's and had great seafood and love the breakfast at the french bakery. We would rent a home in this complex again.

Amazing property
We absolutely loved our stay. We were a two block walk to the beach. You could see the beach and gulf from the house. This place was perfect for our family get away. Everything was pretty much walking distance which was a plus. The memories made are priceless. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for the amazing trip!

Great location, roomy layout, and an overall great experience! Quick walk to the beach and super easy check in/out. The only thing I wish was that the floors were a bit cleaner when we got there. Would still stay again! Thank you to the hosts!

We had a great time! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The rooftop deck was amazing! This was everything we needed for a short getaway to relax and enjoy the Gulf for a few days. Beach access was very convenient and there was no need to drive to get to it, maybe a 2 minute walk if that.

The house was just as described. The short walk to beach access was perfect and the public beach was quiet and enjoyable. The location of the home was near several great food options. The home could use more towels; there were just enough for the 8 of us. The decorations were adorable, the home was clean, the roof top view was spectacular, the provided beach cooler and chairs were convenient, and there was plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed our trip!

Our stay here was amazing. This rental was beautiful and clean. A great location. A very easy walk to the beach. Just a reminder that this unit has a lot of stairs. My 84-year-old mother and I handled it fine; however, it was a challenge to carry anything like groceries and heavy luggage up from the ground floor to the kitchen and the next floor to the bedrooms. So keep that in mind. We were aware of this before we booked so this is not a complaint.

2022 Adams Family Vacation
The property was clean, in a great location, friendly neighbors, equipped with everything we needed for the beach (chairs, towels, and a cooler with wheels). The kitchen was equipped with the supplies needed for a vacationing family. Every room in the house was well decorated and very charming. We loved it! I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to Indian Rocks Beach, Fl. The host was extremely kind and helpful. One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at with my family.

Amazing Wonderful Vacation Getaway!
We had the best time staying at Unit B! Catherine is the perfect hostess. She communicated with me quickly and effectively. She is so nice! I’m glad we got to meet her during our stay. My family was blown away when we arrived. The cleanliness and elegance of the unit is a 10/10. Huge garage, tons of living space, very nice kitchen with all the amenities, big and clean refrigerator and freezer, very comfy beds, and spacious bathrooms. My wife and I and 3 kids (21, 18, and 14 so not exactly kids) throughly enjoyed this place. Fast WiFi. Big TV. The rooftop patio was cool with a nice view. Five minute walk to the white sands beach even dragging a wagon and tons of stuff. The area is perfect with plenty to do and see and eat! We will stay at Catherine’s place again! Thank you Catherine! You’re amazing!!!

Great place for a girls weekend!
We had a blast! It was super convenient location - we walked to the beach, walked to restaurants and it was just a safe place to walk around. The rooftop deck was a great place to catch the sunset! Highly recommend!

The perfect spot for our large family Christmas
There were 4 families that gathered in Indian Rocks Beach for a Christmas celebration. We had kids and teens as well as my mother and everyone felt very comfortable between two of the rental homes. It was wonderful to be a stones throw from the beach. Because of rising Covid numbers, we didn't venture far from the house except to go to the beach and no one complained, We enjoyed staying in as much as we might have going out. Catherine thought of everything from beach chairs to extra bedding. Thank you, Catherine, for facilitating this once-on-a-lifetime family experience.
