Excellent Customer Service!
The reception clerk was very helpful and cheerful. The carpeted entrance to our room was frayed and a trip hazard. The pool was over chlorinated and even sitting in the area irritated the eyes. The teamwork of your staff was beautiful to observe. Everyone helped where there was a need.

The lobby was clean and breakfast was nice. The rooms are quite outdated, including the bathroom had cracked tile and missing grout. I will say, the beds were very comfortable though.

We opened the door to our room and it smelled awful! Like cigarettes and animals. The furniture was disgusting and looked like it should be sitting by the road with a free sign. The carpet had a section that was ripped down to the pad, and there were obviously broken drawers on everything. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Not what we expected
When we checked in the front desk had us park on the wrong end of the building so we had to walk to the complete opposite side to get to our room. Despite the air being set on 65 the room was muggy, we bumped it down to 60 and it made it only slightly cooler. The pool is an indoor pool and it was coconut we couldn’t see the bottom. Won’t be staying here again.

Baymont Northeast Indianapolis review
The mattress, pillows, and even the couch were hard and uncomfortable. We could have slept on the floor. No tissues or glasses to use. Tub/shower did not drain and backed up several inches of water. Noisy guests. The upside was that it appeared to be clean. Receptionists were very nice and provided us with a blanket.

This Baymont disappoints
Arrived later than expected due to the Indy 500 rain delay, tried and and exhausted. Check in was OK. Room was sparse, no chair except at desk, room and hallway needs updating, sheets had set stains even after wash. Breakfast, the ceramic containers holding gravy, eggs etc. had chipped edges, syrup dispenser broken lid. Would not stay at this Baymont again.

Property poorly maintained and dated. Beds hard. Pillows old and flat. Dated stands. Walls with damage and poor repairs. Bathroom faucet leak. Carpet old with stains and sticky. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
