For the price, im not too much tripping...
The stay was ok... they did offer a free laundry area and a pool (that was freezing), but my girls loved it anyhow... the hot tub was nice tho. The pantry area offers cereal for breakfast but no milk so.... also the doors around the building be open which i find not safe... we had a man very disheveled knock on our room door in the early morning hours, which was so scary... asking us if were checking out, when the front desk had already given us a late check out and should have known this information. They did give us a pizza oven which was so convenient. And the bed was comfy... but for a room that slept 4 we only had enough towels for 2... so we had to go to the front desk a couple times... (also the pool had no clean towels the first night of our stay)... the hotel is under renovation so the floor (4th) that we stayed on looked a bit uninviting... but i must say Miss Mikea was so sweet and her vibes was very kind and genuine at the front desk... and i wanted a new room but she looked and noticed she didnt have it to accommodate, She was apologized so wholeheartedly.... even when i needed things that was wrong in my room like light bulbs(because it was so dim) or towels, she handled it with a smile and grace... she made sure my stay was everything and some more (all that she could do and help with) WE THANK YOU MAMACITA and we thank you! Because of her we will try this experience again maybe...

A Perfect Place To Get Away and Reconnect!
I was in Indy for a one night slumber party with my cousin, to get away, catch up on things, celebrate her recent cancer recovery, my birthday and Christmas. We brought Italian food and a bottle of wine to our suite and had a really great time! Our suite was comfortable, clean, warm and convenient. Checking in and out was fast and everyone was helpful and very friendly!

It was supposed to be pet friendly, but it didn’t tell us that there was a $50 fee that is nonrefundable, but the deposit was the refundable. The day was excellent. I went from a handicap room that didn’t have a tub because the hot tub didn’t work in the hotel. I needed a tub so badly. I ended up going into the penthouse at The penthouse and loving every minute of my stay with my two kittens that are over five months old that trashed the hotel room. I loved every minute of my day. The staff was excellent the affordability of the hotel.com app was perfect. It needs to have Military pricing, but I understand that they can’t on a daily basis. I loved it

Hotel was run down, no blankets or extra pillows for pull out. No service to get more, jacuzzi was closed, pool was like an ice bath. Noise was out of control after 1030pm. Called front desk several times but nothing was done loud stoping slamming and yelling until almost 4am.

My room had some cockroaches on the floor. The pool and hot tub was closed and looked at the reviews and it seems like it’s been closed for awhile and they have no plans fixing anything. The bath tub was gross and the thing you put the shampoos were ripped off the wall. The metal light was rusted and the hallways smelled like weed. The parking lot definitely wasn’t lit well enough. Felt unsafe.
