Walking in, service wasn’t the best. We were not greeted, and guy at the front was not welcoming at all. In terms of our room, immediately walking in it smelled terrible. Had to open our window, which the screen on it was damaged and I almost cut myself it. Also the curtains were partially ripped, and did not open all the way. The sheets were lowkey dirty looking. The lamp shades were all stained, and there were stains on the carpet. Bathroom was clean-ish, could’ve been better. Overall, the room was doable for the night but was not worth the price.

Not even a wipe used on multiple surfaces to clean
Entering the room after checking in: Black smeared material on right side of white microwave. Sticky material on desk work surface, and splattered sticky material on back of entry door. Sticky droplet on mirror. Dust like material on top surface of bedside table, so obviously no attempt had been made to wipe this surface. Black, tar looking substance on front of vanity and on multiple other surfaces. Lesser amount of black substance on left side of sheets facing the bed. I got the icks, and immediately left the room and refused to stay.

I never stayed at the hotel and because I could not reach a front desk member to cancel the reservation they charged my card without my consent when I was supposed to pay at the property. They used my saved card and charged full price without calling or acknowledging why I couldn't fulfill the reservation.

Decent, easy-to-access hotel
Convenient to the 71st Street exit from Interstate 465, this hotel can meet your needs for a quick stay. While the carpet in our room needs to be cleaned, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
