The hotel was old and rundown looking. The room was ok, the ac didn’t work and would run for about a minute before turning off no matter how low you turned it. There was duct tape holding it together and dangling down. The bathroom is so tiny 2 people can’t be in there at the same time. The shower had no water pressure because the spout was barely attached to the wall and kept spraying water even when the shower was on. There also wasn’t plugs that weren’t used by items in the room or in terrible locations. All in all the hotel did what we needed as a place to sleep, but next time I think I’ll find a nicer one.

It was decent enough to have somewhere to sleep overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The door almost hits the toilet when you open it and you stand at the sink with the back of your legs an inch from the toilet. Had to move the shower curtain so I wasn’t elbowing it while using the toilet. The pillows were also disappointing. They were smaller than my couch pillows at home. The walls are super thin too. I heard every single sound as if our neighbors were in the room with us. Woke me up a few times. This room was clean and did the job, but I did want better myself.

The staff are really nice but the hotel was ok. When i was in the hallway looking for my room I found random heels in the middle of the hallway, the door you barely can lock it from inside. You can hear through the walls everything, the first 1 hour or so it was really loud people arguing this was around 9 pm. The rooms are ok not as cleaned as I was expecting but at least the bed was really comfy.

The staff here were wonderful and prompt with their services!! The continental breakfast was decent, the lobby was well maintained and provided several refreshment options for guests (both paid and unpaid) and the location was close to nearby suburban areas and downtown Indy. The rooms themselves were clean, but the amenities were lacking and the rooms had some cosmetic issues such as outlets and light switch plates falling out of their sockets, which made it hard to charge our electronics. The TV is satellite only so no ability to use streaming services, the ice machine on our level was broken and the rooms did not provide much of a sound barrier so we could hear other guests late into the night and early morning, which was quite noisy at times due to it being the eras tour weekend. Overall, I’d rate our stay at about 3.8/5!

Lobby was recently renovated. Looked nice. Everything was swept and clean looking. Carpet could be replaced in the room. Smelled like they had just painted. Room seemed like they had tried to update. Overall, decent for price. When we checked out, there was a group of 8 people smoking weed by our vehicles in the parking lot at 11am. Surrounding area seemed a little scetchy.

The entire hotel smelled terrible. The 3rd floor, where we moved from at 9pm to the 2nd, made you gag. We put a towel at the bottom of the door, on both floors, to try to keep the odor out, but it came in through the door crack and bathroom vent. Had to stay multiple nights and we stunk from it. We weren't told about a very big dog in the adjacent room and it jumped the railing that divided our shared balcony. Also, the emergency stairs were locked on all floors.

There are awful smells in the hallways when you'd come off of the elevator. The lobby area could use a major update, as could ALL of the rugs. The beds were comfortable and there was excellent water pressure.

I had booked a King Suite and had paid for such as posed on the hotel's web site. Hotel staff came to my room to tel me that I had paid for a standard King room and would have to move even though I had spok to hotel staff weeks before to make sure that I had a suite. The hotel's definition of a "suite" and what was shown on their website did not mesh.
