Ok hotel, but not so great rooms. Rather worn and lower quality furnishings. Housekeeping is only available every 3rd day which I found interesting and the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Spacious room though. Air conditioner unit leaked and no soap except for a small tube of body wash. The facility itself though is nice and well kept and even has a fitness room. Staff was amazing! We only met the front desk clerk Mary, but she couldn’t have been nicer. Offered helpful suggestions and recommendations for things to do in the area. Speaking of the area, the property is in a more depressed area outside of the city, but seemed safe.

The room we stayed in was not well-maintained. The sink was cracked and the plank flooring had visible damage or scarring. A bulb was out in one of the nightstands, and the door did not close quietly - the door hit the door frame consistently. We found no bar soap and had to request it. We had a pet with us and were directed to the adjoining pet area, which was helpful. The area had a dispenser for pet pickup bags, but it was empty. We had our own bags to use, but there was no obvious container to deposit the pet refuse anywhere in the area.

The hotel is not necessarily like the pictures. It is nice enough, but housekeeping is questionable. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional. I have never paid an incidentals deposit of $100? What is this?

Property was not at all what the pictures would suggest when booking online. Bad part of town, abandoned businesses all around, driveway next to a trailer park. Felt very unsafe. Grass unkept/untrimmed. Outdoor pool was freezing with a couple broken down chairs. Room was dark and uncarpeted with faint smoky odor. Bathroom lights were motion detected which was strange. Hallway dark with dirty carpet and a funky smell. Breakfast was ok. Entire experience was not up to Country Inn and Suites standards from past experience!! I was in a hurry booking and didn’t pay enough attention to location or read the reviews…lesson learned!!!

Staff was very friendly. Floor in our room was dirty and sticky. We had to have them mop it. I had to request a hair dryer as the room didnt have but it should have had one. The A/C wasn't working properly. Hotel needs updates...pretty outdated.

Not bad for the price for a one night stay. Blankets were super thin and the beds were not comfortable. Red spots in shower tub. TV not working. The girls at the front desk were super nice.

Love staying here every year for gencon! They are very accepting of gaming in the lobby and even open the meeting room for us to have room to sprawl! Front desk staff is some of the nicest nation wide!

Showering in the Dark
The room was fine except that they put the motion detector light switch for the shower and toilet room on the outside of the room. So, if you took too long to shower or do your business you ended up in the dark because the motion detector light switch would time out. And you would either have to finish in the dark or open the door and hit the button to turn the lights back on. Such a poor design. The flooring in the rooms looked rather new it was a vinal wood look so that was nice, but the hall carpets looked rather dirty like they hadn't been scrub in a while. The elevator was out of order we were on the second floor. We were there for 3 nights and they never did maid service on our room not sure why because we never had the do not disturb sign on the door and I never saw anything say they didn't do maid service during a stay.

It smelled very musty and moldy and appeared to have mold on the curtains. It was very humid inside the room, and there was a bug on the bathroom floor. Also, there was no shampoo or any soap to wash your hands with.

This hotel is in a really bad part of town and is really rundown on the outside. It was not safe to stay there. The pictures displayed did not give the same impression as the actual hotel.
