I asked staff to call me prior to my arrival if there were to be any concerns with pool or hot tub being in service. We got checked in and both were out of service, and we had not been notified from anyone.

Uncomfortable pull out bed
We booked a room through hotels.com. We had 3 adults and one big child. We booked a king room with a DOUBLE pull out couch bed. When we arrived, the pull out couch bed was NOT a double. It was a single ( 3 ft wide) . Not enough for 2 people. Also the mattress on it was about 2 inches thick and floppy. This was on top of metal wire springs. It was impossible for 2 or even one to sleep on.
