This hotel sits right next to a highway which is extremely noisy. Each room is provided earplugs without request as I imagine its a known issue for the hotel. If you don't normally sleep with earplugs and have a hard time passing out with noise in the environment, definitely don't stay here. Everything else was great however and this review would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that it was impossible to sleep.

I travel a lot and this was the second worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Among other things, hot water handle didn’t work, shampoo and body wash empty, and light by tv didn’t work.

I have been waiting for the property manager to contact me since I left the premises about a week ago. I expressed my concerns to the front desk receptionist, stating that I chose this particular hotel to escape noise, but my room faced the freeway, which made it feel like I paid for a room with road noise. Additionally, the hotel did not offer breakfast; the only option provided was Starbucks, which has no breakfast option and out of everything as early as 7.00am

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. The room was clean and cozy and they had some cute Taylor swift decor up for the concert we were attending. The only downside was the Starbucks workers were overwhelmed and were arguing with each other which was uncomfortable.

We had a great stay! Hotel was quiet and I was worried after reading reviews about noise from the highway. No trouble sleeping. Conveniently located. Loved our room, 4 stars as there were some stains on the beige couches and chairs. Either clean couches or do not use light colored couches. We are at the restaurant and service and food ere fantastic. We would stay again!
