Very tight room space, not comfortable

The people were friendly and the hotel was pretty , but the comfort was terrible. We got a king suite and we felt like we were in a sardine can. Very snug space compared to other hotels we have stayed .it was not worth the price. The pillows were terrible as well and the thermostat couldn’t keep up Also, we had a conjoined door we were not made aware of. The noise level was terrible. We couldn’t sleep both nights we stay due to children running the halls all hours of the night and people arguing. The children started at 830 then let to older people walking and Alamo doors at 1230til 3 am I will not stay at this hotel or another embassy suites again.

Had a 13 year old birthday party was supposed to have two rooms together even went to confirm two days earlier was told I would have two rooms together then when we got there Saturday we find out we have two rooms down the hall from each other but we made the best of it and the party was a succuss just wish we would of had the two suites together like we was told we would !

We were told breakfast would end at 10:30 closing. At 9:30. It was already closed. There was also no shuttle from the airport to the hotel contrary to as advertised.

Great Hotel, Good Location

We needed a nice rest after a busy schedule and this place was great. My only suggestion would be to put ALL common condiments in a smartly designed container and have them on very single dining table. Running around for salt, pepper, equal, ketchup, napkins, creamer, hot sauce, etc. was annoying. Plus, need to have a hot tub for 10 or 12. America is aging and design needs to change with it.

The stay was great for me and our family. After getting off the road from a long drive. We enjoyed our overnight stay, if you have a large family, which we do. I highly recommend this as your stay. We loved the hotel dinner options, very convenient if you have a newborn & 3 kids. Breakfast was great, just needs a few improvements. I think they are using a new brand of eggs for omelettes. Not a win with our family and the sausage was way over cooked. Other than that it was a great stay for our family.
