It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay for a shower. The heating unit worked well. It was a little tough to get the remote for the TV to work, as if the batteries were low in the remote. There were no blankets other than the top blanket on the bed -- very lightweight. I did borrow a blanket from the front desk to use a pillow since there were no pillows in my room and none were available at the front desks or in the hotel.

There were no blankets on the bed when we checked in and one pillow per double bed. For a room with 4 people, we had 1 towel and when we asked about it, front desk told us "sorry, we're low on supplies" the floor in our room was sticky and dirty.

I ended booking a different place the place look dirty on the outside and there was nobody at the frond desk for 15minutwes we did not like the area so we decided to book a different place

Immediately upon stepping in the elevator I noticed how unclean it was. The hallway was unclean. There were dirty towels stacked in the hallway outside of the housekeeping door. The refrigerator in the room did not work and ruined gallons of milk that I had bought for my children. There were no towels or soap in the room. The walls and doors were dirty. And I had to dust off the bedding because there were flecks of something on the blankets. I'll never stay at this location again.

Horrible- DO NOT STAY HERE
This hotel is dirty, dirty, dirty. Common areas are nasty. Carpets and floors look like they have never been cleaned. We would have left if it wasn’t Taylor Swift weekend and all hotels were booked. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell of weed was over whelming on the 3rd floor. We were only given one bath towel. Bad. Remove this hotel from your app. 👎👎👎

The room had nats and flys flying all around the room. They even had fly traps hanging from the ceiling in every corner. Even over the toilet and over the bed itself. They did not have any other rooms I could transfer to. They did give me a full refund.

Not a good experience.
I had to wait for 15 minutes for a front desk person to take care of me. The bed spread and sheets did not appear clean, the shower curtain looked like it had blood or coffee stains on it. The curtains didn’t fully close so there was light shining through all night and my room was across from the door to the stairs which slams very loudly and the elevator was not operating therefore it was being used and slammed constantly all hours. I was happy to leave at 4am..

When I came to the building there was a guy laying on the ground and would not get up. When I finally got to my room it would not open and had to get a new room but the room that would not open smelled like cigarettes even though it was suppose to be a smoke free room.

The room was completely run down and dirty. The bathtub had pink mildew build up in it. The counter around the stove was falling apart. And all furniture was completely beat up and run down. All staff I delt with was incredibly nice but I won't stay due to the condition of the hotel.

The room I got was dirty ,took pictures of the bed wasn't made it looked like someone took a shower left towels on the floor ..the manager Denise fad such a bad attitude towards me . I was informed that I couldn't stay any longer because I paid late everyday informed her that I have a regular job plus I door dash to get extra money, in which I was paying for my room with on a nightly basis. She didn't want to hear me out. She just said you can leave voluntary or she will call the cops saying I was trespassing....so I gather my belongings and left
