Overall very nice property. Easy check in. Stayed in room 220. Outlet behind bed closest to bathroom needed repaired as top didn’t work and it was loose in the wall. The shower curtain was too small for the bathtub so water got on floor. My bed was terribly uncomfortable so I slept on top of comforter. But I have back pain. Needed more outlets. 220 needs updated. Would stay again but ask for updated room

Air conditioner did not work, person next door talking and cursing loud until 11:30 PM- could hear every word he was saying, drapes didn’t close all the way. Sure was not worth $205.00 for the night!

Our room was very nice. However the pool water was so cold that it I got up up to my ankle and hit back out…which was sad because I chose it specifically for the pool since it was important to use for physical therapy while visiting family.

Close to shopping and dining. Lots of things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working while we were there and we were on the 4th floor. My husband has a very bad back so it was very difficult for him.

The elevator was out the entire 4 day stay. No one was available to assist with porter duties. The website did not indicate the elevator being out. The second floor was under construction and smelled of tobacco and cannabis. The check in process took far longer than necessary.
