The hotel was nice and central. Next to the canal offered a nice place to walk and hear the gondola pilot singing some Opera. It was great. The breakfast was good. Must take my hat off to the staff, especially Jack. They took care of us and got us the right room. I would highly recommend it.

In for the TS concert and we couldn’t have felt more welcoming. Everything was so smooth. And the breakfast buffet was great. Who puts pickled red onions in a buffet? You do! And that made me so happy!!!

The room wasn’t bad but we did have some things happened that were not excepting. First thing was we were told there was only $50 Valet parking we could not park the vehicle ourselves. One of the times we requested our vehicle we waited over 25 minutes for it…Then we went to check into our room at 3 at check in time and we were told our room wasn’t ready and we didn’t get to check in till 3:40. When we checked out it took over 15 minutes to get our car.

It was a very busy week for the hotel as FFA National Convention was in town but they seemed super prepared. Breakfast remained delicious and well stocked, room seemed very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a safe and beautiful area, centrally located, and tucked right next to the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I'm happy this hotel popped up when I was looking up hotels a month ago that were a walkable distance from the Lucas Oil Stadium. Other hotels were super pricey because of the Taylor Swift concert and this one was the least expensive. It was convenient and an easy, straight 20 min walk to the stadium. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly during check in and check out.

We were forced to valet park, which was additional charges. I booked a room 7 months in advance for 2 Queen beds but when I checked in there wasn’t any available so I got a king size which was inconvenient since I wanted 2 beds. Went to breakfast at 9:00 and there was nothing left—not even coffee. Staff weren’t able to keep up with a full hotel.
