The property was nice. The bed was comfortable and climate control was good. Clock radio did not work properly and I did not receive my wake-up call as requested. Breakfast was very good.

Very noisy but not just other guest, outside noise is very well heard. Needs better soundproofing or upgrades to help with it. Floor tiles in both enterence to room and in bathroom were falling apart. If there were no mats/towels could cut your feet on them.

My husband and I were going to stay here for a big concert a few weeks back but had a sudden death in the family. We called the hotel to see if they could cancel and refund us 2 days before our stay and they refused. Hotels.com said that it was strictly up to the manager to decide to refund us. They could’ve filled it very easily with the concert going on because everything was sold out. But instead they would not refund us even with proof the funeral was the day we were supposed to check in. We were not only upset about family situation but now were out hundreds of dollars. Thank you for making our already difficult situation even worse.

Checking in the with the front desk the guy was not welcoming and was rude. After my daughter and I got back from Taylor swift concert we needed water and asked if we could get some. The girl was very rude even when paying for it with an attitude, she asked if we wanted something else.

I had a standard king room. The rating was a 10. This was nowhere near a perfect room. My complaints are based all on the bathroom. The bathtub drain didn't have a cover, so it was easy to see the clump of hair in it. There was mildew around the tub. The tub floor was stained with dirt. Big chunks of paint were hanging from the ceiling. I did let the desk clerk know pretty quickly. He immediately asked if I wanted a different room. It would be a double queen. I declined. The overnight low was in the 60s. It still took until 3am until the room cooled to 68. Everything else was great. Service, breakfast, bed...all good
