reserved a room with sofa ($10 extra) because it is a good space to work from. usually there is a second TV in the sofa room, which is nice. Looks like there used to be but it has been replaced with a piece of artwork? Also, do we need to use a dustpan on the ceramic tile floor at 4:00 - sounded like a pair of shoes tumbling in a drier - very annoying from 4-4:30 am.

My stay was amazing from the beginning to the end. The staff as a whole was phenomenal. The front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all courteous and very helpful.

The Indiana flag was flying upside down, and the American flag was straight-up missing. I took matters into my own hands and fixed the Indiana flag. Just as I was finishing up, the maintenance guy rolled out with new flags, thanked me for the assist, and said he'd meant to get to it. I appreciated the thanks, but let’s be real—this should’ve never happened in the first place. No excuses when it comes to respecting these flags.

Property staff were kind, however - staying on the first floor, there was noise until almost 1AM - loud in the room above (floor squeaking loudly) and in next room over, talking. My kids couldn't sleep due to these distractions. I don't blame the others staying in the hotel; the building should block basic talking and walking better. Additionally, it was not advertised, but the pool was out of service - which was the sole reason for booking this property vs others near the area - with no notification. Also, there is heavy construction in front of this property - so watch for construction debris as you pull in. Nice staff - disappointed in property and availability of advertised amenities as well as loud noises LATE into the night.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly. We brought back pizza to eat with family in the lobby and the front desk guy was super nice, put the IU football game on for us too! We will be back!
