My room was horrible. The heat was uncontrollable. Once it was turned on, you could not turn it off or cool it. Temp rose to over 80 degrees. No one available to repair, so they brought a portable fan to cool the room. Light in foyer did not work. Phone did not work. No wash cloths. i had to dress to come to lobby to get wash cloths in morning because I was told no one available to bring me any. Manager not available to deal with my complaints.

Really not a comfortable experience. The suite we were given didn’t have adequate air conditioning nor a fan. The split AC didn’t work and a portable unit also in there did not cool the room. The bed was comfortable, but all else about the king suite was not great (oversized with inadequate lighting and air conditioning.) the breakfast was very limited compared to other Holiday Inn experiences I’ve had.

Airport was fantastic. Came at 1am to get us from the airport. The manager himself took us back to the airport in the morning. Hotel was quiet and clean. Excellenet value.

Hotel staff at check, while ok not really helpful, lack of knowledge on the property and surrounding area for guest suggestions. Not really helpful with simple questions. Room was quite noisy with all of the slamming doors and car horns beeping all night long
