For a new hotel, we were expecting more… We reserved a 1-King suite at a higher price, paid in the app, and were told, at check in, that the room was not available. (It was booked 15 minutes before our arrival.) When I expressed that we had already paid for the King suite, I was told the 2-Queen would not be more. No offer of refund. Water pressure in the shower was so poor, it couldn’t be used to wash hair. Hooks in the bathroom were screwed into sheetrock without anchors, so two of the were already pulled out of the wall and dangling. The water pressure in the kitchen area was good… so don’t understand why the shower was so poor.

Do not stay on the ground floor. Way too loud with staff especially during breakfast hours. Between maintenance slamming doors and cleaning staff, I had to sleep with ear plugs. Other than that, great hotel. Very modern. Great shower. Huge TV.

Excellent stay. Staff extremely courteous. Brand new hotel , lots of room. Rooms have all the kitchen amenities along with couch, table, two beds. Large courtyard with seating, two new grills. Great for families.

Everything was nice, especially the breakfast using real dishes. We noticed no carpet on floor in room. Didn’t care for that. The bathroom door and shower door need adjusting to close properly. Felt like the room was unfinished. Still was clean and friendly.

WATCH your bill when you check out. We booked the top room they had (King Suite) and paid through Expedia. On check out they charged a room upgrade charge per night of the card we had down for incidentals, We have reached out to the hotel and they have still not responded. And it was different each night. It went from $13.31 for one of the nights to $46.49 for another night. Ridiculous! Beware!

Don’t recommend.
Keys didn’t work three seperate ones and times including Master key. Got moved to another room with no bathtub for grandkids even though I mentioned we needed one. Pool closed because of chemicals from at least Tuesday -Friday…which was a lot of what we prepaid for two days. Other customers complained of same problems to us. Manager doesn’t get back to you to see if there is anything they can do etc. reading other reviews sounds like that is consistent. Food wasn’t great. Didn’t eat at hotel second day. Toilet stopped up after one adult went to the bathoorm. After along road trip this is the last thing a traveler wants or needs. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

My two night stay was the worst this year. Upon check in I showed my receipt for two rooms and was told we would be on two floors. I asked that be corrected, why would I want two floors for a family stay. They had connecting rooms but my family was unable to get that. The building was not able to accommodate a family above me and I heard noise all night, both nights. Making it hard to sleep/rest. I did call the desk, but it didn’t correct the problem.The tv didn’t work on the 1st night. The front desk was unable to help. The pool was out of commission. The front desk offered no discount or solution. Then after check out I see pending changes, I paid on this app, my card was only to be for a deposit. Now I have to fight the charges. Lastly , it says two pet max but I saw a couple with over 4. The staff didn’t want to correct behaviors or any problems that arose. I won’t be back to that hotel, it was too many issues.
