I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It's still in decent condition but it needs a little TLC. More concerning than that is their staff. They either need to train their employees on customer service or replace them.

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Could have been better.
Front desk clerk was nice and ready for us. Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

No sleep! The room next yo us paeties until almost 2AM. We called the front desk 3 times and asked for the issue to be taken care of. But it was not. In the morning, I asked for a refund and was told because I booked through Hotels.com, I couldn't be refunded and that is why I should have called the hotel directly.

Had a few issues with the hotel: 1. No sheets for baby crib, asked a few times, but unfortunately night staff could not find where house keeping kept the baby linens. 2. Kitchen sink was clogged, garburator was not working. No maintenance staff available to rectify issue in the evening (7PM). 3. Kitchen pots/pans were dirty. 4. Bath room door would not lock properly. 5. Bath room light switch was "flaky" and had a bad connection - it can randomly turn off leaving the bathroom pitch black. Overall rooms were comfortable but approaching the time for a renovation. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was OK.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. But TV channels did not work, had to buy extension cord to use my amazon fire, I could hear the people in the next room talking, pool was so full of chlorine that it burn my eyes and the air smell as I was sniffing a bowl of chlorine.
