This was a last minute stay pick out for us. But let me tell you the BEST decision. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the area the hotel was in, convenient and easy parking, the staff was amazing and kind, beautifully decorated for the holiday, comfortable bed you name it it was fantastic- would highly recommend!

New hotel, smart and attractive while reasonably priced. Attractive decor in a railroad theme. Pleasant front desk staff. Our room was well designed and equipped: • Multiple power outlets with AC/USB-A/USB-C • Premium bed linens • An actual hanging closet, rare these days, plus drawers • Upscale bathroom with good towels. One complaint and one minor annoyance: • Terrible bathroom shower head, the worst kind of low pressure and low flow, along with pointless shower pattern adjustments that only make things worse. Good low flow shower heads do exist (I have them at home), and this was not one of them. Furthermore, central Indiana is not an area where aggressive water conservation is needed. • The HVAC in our room (#513) made an odd buzzing sound that varied in pitch with operating speed. Not all that noisy, but not quiet enough to be easily ignored.

The staff went above and beyond for Taylor Swift. They were so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the decor was adorable. The beds were super comfortable and they had all of the necessary amenities.

Eric was an amazing part of the Hotel Nickel Plate and a pleasure to work with! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. We were lucky enough to get early check in, polite and welcoming staff, and overall an excellent stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area as their staff is very friendly and accommodating to anything you need!

This hotel is amazing! The property is gorgeous and the parking is so convenient. The staff are beyond friendly and happy to assist you. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The restaurant had great food and there are other dining options close by. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a newer property and you can tell. Well done, Hilton!!

Absolutely loved the ambiance of this new Hilton property in a newly developed neighborhood of Fishers. The man at the front desk (Jamal?) could not have been friendlier or more helpful—so welcoming. In fact all the staff throughout the property was terrific. We loved the design of our room with the train theme. A very fun neighborhood to stroll around. Also delicious drinks and dining on the property.
