Updated rooms, very friendly staff, bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the bathroom sink draining really slowly, but that's just a minor maintenance thing

It was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and they made the whole experience more enjoyable and super fun for my daughter. :) I would stay here every time I come to Indianapolis!

Perfect Eras Tour Hotel
It was incredible. We came in for the weekend to see Taylor Swift at The Eras tour. The entire experience at this hotel was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so kind and helpful and anytime we needed something they were on top of it. The entire hotel was decorated and we even got friendship bracelets at check in. I wish I could go back and relive every second. We could not have been more happy and comfortable there. Would love to return someday in the future!!

Hyatt Regency Indianapolis Big disappointment
The only saving grace about this hotel was the Eagles Nest Restaurant, a revolving restaurant, on the top floor. I commend the hostess/manager, Mulay, who is very efficient and friendly. She also was filling in during the Breakfast/Lunch and one of the busiest days.I was there for the TS concert. I was there for three days. On one of those days I had to keep asking for Cleaning Service. The women finally came at 3 PM. She was in and out of the room. She never vacuumed nor dusted. I don’t know what she did in the bathroom, and I didn’t see that it was particularly impressive. Heat was not working for one day. I must say that the woman who came was knowledgeable and solved the problem. I would not recommend this hotel. It is relatively expensive not to get superlative service.

The property was very nice. The room was set up nicely however the a/c didn’t work and it was 80 degrees in the room all night so no one slept well.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, and staff is very friendly! The mall attached to the hotel is unsafe and almost all stores are permanently closed. There are a few restaurants near by.
