Hotel had a lot of Brand new updates. The breakfast was great. The furniture in the room was very old and needs immediate replacement but I imagine that is next.

We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert. The lobby of the hotel was decorated to welcome us in. The staff was friendly and fast with check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a musty odor though. A few of the floor tile (LVP ?) in the bathroom were loose. I loved that coffee was in the lobby!

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I loved that they decorated and showed great enthusiasm for the Taylor swift concert.

This day would have been better if I could actually got some soap front desk guy at night time was not very friendly at all the room was dirty tables were not wiped off floor definitely was not vacuumed lights didn't work the AC came on but the compressor never came on so they moved me rooms finally got the AC taken care of just out of all times I've stayed here this was the worst I won't be back to this property there are tons of other places to offer the same service but a lot nicer and actually enjoy taking care of us while we are staying I stayed here for 2 days and I was offered one bar of soap for two people for two days

The pictures are very deceiving on the site, this hotel is very outdated and really run down. The eleavators have graffiti, the funiture in the rooms is terrifying to even sit on. Dont go to the gym downstairs, it all busted up, missing almost all weights and half the machines dont even work. This place needs to drop some serious money into it. I also checked in to my room on the day i was supposed to.. stayed my first night and went to work the next day. I then get a phone call stating ill be charged forb1 night for not showing up and i explained im already in a room.. so completely unorganized.

The tv was not setup in my room so i had to sit there with one of the employees while he figured it out. The bathroom ceiling is very low i couldnt raise my arms and the shower head would not stay straight. I could not take a good shower.

Staff was great and helpful. The pull out bed was broken, but maintenance was able to fix quickly. Room was clean but need work, faucets were spraying all over, toilet ran all night, trim and finishings were in pretty poor conditions. Breakfast was great. I would stay again, but its not quite to the standard of other la quintas ive stayed in.

Our room had a handicap shower l, which is fine but the curtain was 4 inches off the ground so when you showered the water went all over the bathroom. The toilet didn’t stop running the whole time no matter what we did. The sink wouldn’t shut off. The beds were rock hard and the pillows even harder. One outlet was hanging out of the wall. The filter on the air unit was broken and sticking out of the machine.
