Welcome to this charming farmhouse in Noblesville. Sleeps 8 in 4 beds. Accessible by stairs. Standalone 3 Br carriage house beautiful country scenery, mini-kitchen, grill, patios, fire pits, games and more. You'll have the entire carriage house which is detached from the main house with its own private entrances. We live on property in main house. 5 minutes to quaint Noblesville and Cicero downtown, Morse Lake Marina, kayaking/fishing/tubing at White River and walking distance to Potter's Bridge nature trails. 15 minutes to Ruoff Concert Pavilion and Grand Park sports complex. Parking, Pet Friendly. Flex check-in/out times. You are welcome to enjoy the property, patio and fire-pit areas.
2 Bedrooms are divided by barn doors, other bedroom has full-sized bunks. All memory foam. Plenty of linens, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, toiletries. Dishes, coffee/tea provided. Cable TV, gaming devices, books, games and firewood. Land can be used for special events for additional cost.

Rural, Restful and Cozy!
We enjoyed this above the garage apartment so much! It’s perfect for families. There are a ton of details that were considered for decor and comfort. Location was rural and restful but it is a drive to everything we ended up doing. Property would be gorgeous in the spring, summer and fall. Great owners.

Nice, clean guesthouse
Guesthouse was nice and clean. Owner was friendly and even allowed me to do laundry in her own basement! She was very accommodating and quick to respond. I will note that the bathroom is very small, and that was kind of difficult with a whole family of 6. Also, two of the rooms are connected with barn doors. That worked out fine for us, but it could be awkward under other circumstances. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table! We would consider staying again. Good, safe location. Overall, good stay!

Girls Trip Outing
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little property. Just perfect for a mini girls trip. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment but yet a rural setting making it feel a bit secluded. Well stocked space and enough room for everyone to spread out. I'd highly recommend and we look forward to returning soon.

Great for the Family
Mable's Farm was a peaceful and relaxing stay. It had everything we needed. Although, the space doesn't have a full kitchen there was a refrigerator, coffee pot and air fryer that was perfect for our stay. The outside space is great for kids to run around and the inside ping pong table a great distraction when the weather isn't perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Short Stay!
The property was perfect for our family including our 4 legged family member. We’re in town for the Carmel Christmas Market and to meet our son’s girlfriend parents. The location was perfect, and so was our stay. We are in the are often during the summer and will for sure look at staying again!

Snuggly Stay
Cozy, little spot for a weekend stay. Lovely grounds for the kids to run around. Plenty of sleeping space for all of our 6 kids to spread out. Check in/out process was simple and Mindy was quickl to answer any questions we had.

Mable’s property is beautiful. My kids loved running around the yard and playing. It feels rural but it is very close to stores and Indianapolis. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We used the fire pit one night & we enjoyed that. The hosts answered all of our questions quickly and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday with amazing friends. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy our weekend shopping, playing games and relaxing in the perfect setting. The house was beautiful and so very clean. Had family in town for a short stay & everything about this home away from home was wonderful! The scenic view was gorgeous, nice ambience ... such a lovely little place! We took advantage of making s'mores in the firepit & morning coffee on the deck enjoying nature. Mindy was a delight to work with and I must say she's got everything here from ping pong, board games, pickleball, frisbee golf, screen for movie night ... or just a chill place & a cozy bed if that's all you need. Well thought out & very well done; highly recommend! My son & his family will be back to stay here again as my grandsons want to take a canoe trip & my daughter-in-law wants to shop at the cute boutique's downtown. This is a great location if going to concerts in the area too - it's close. BOOK IT! 😎
