I'm coming back.
Checking in was fast and efficient. The amenities were good and the only problem I could complain about was not all of the electrical outlets were 100%. I would plug something in and didn't get connected right away.

It was a reasonable price. You get what you pay for. It was livable and clean enough. You aren’t shelling out for a four-star hotel. It’s decent. My only issue is that the phone was disconnected and broken. No wake-up service, no way to call from the room. It’s minor.

The staff was rude.Our phone in the room didnt work the 1st 2 days then we wanted to stay and pay for another day and was told that the power was out.Im still waiting on my deposit .I feel they should refund me my money or at least a portion of it.They never brought us toiletries and we went up to office asking for some.We were there 3 days and not once did they come to our room to see if we needed anything.We were here for a funeral and this place made our stay worse

My bathroom was dirty, the sink and sink area was dirty, the blow dryer had hair all over it, and didn’t work. The floor was dirty and had crumbs under the table. My room smelled like smoke, and so did the other 2 rooms my friends stayed in. The room overall was not clean. The ice machine was also broken.

Good pricing for early booking
This Red Roof Inn was fine for our 3 night stay in Indianapolis. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. It was a short drive from there to the stadium and the convention center, where we were headed each day of our stay. The price for 2 of our nights was really good, but we had booked those several months in advance. When we realized that we would need a 3rd night, we were unable to change our original reservation to add that night and had to make a separate reservation. Although this was still well in advance of our stay, the price had doubled, so we paid slightly more for that one night than what we paid for the other 2 nights combined. I recommend booking early! This is no-frills, so only morning coffee is available - no breakfast. There was a refrigerator in our room, so that was helpful, but there was no coffee pot. We'd rather have the savings on the room cost than have the frills, so that was okay with us. The people at the desk each day were nice and helpful. We would stay here again if another opportunity to visit Indianapolis comes up.

I tried early to get in and was denied said inspectors in and wouldn’t accept me paying early ck in. I realized by observing that I wouldn’t feel safe. Very scary atmosphere. I tried to cancel with Expedia and that is pending. I did not return to ck in.

Walker traffic jam!
We each had a walker,there wasn't enough room. I had to climb over a bed to get to the bathroom. Plenty of outlets for my cpap. Nice room.
