The staff at this location was amazing. We travel around a lot with our two small kids and their staff went above and beyond. All the people in the local area were extremely friendly. Christmas time here was truly magical with all the festivities. I’m not easily impressed especially with hotels but they were awesome! I can’t wait to go back! This hotel should be so proud of the staff they have!

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Indianapolis for two nights. Overall, the establishment was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. The most significant issue was the pull-out bed in our room. The mattress was extremely thin, with springs that were painfully noticeable, making for a very uncomfortable sleep experience. This was particularly frustrating given that we stayed for two nights and had hoped for better rest. Additionally, I found the price I paid for breakfast to be unjustifiable. The buffet-style breakfast offered was mediocre at best, and the quality of the food did not match the expense. While I would recommend this hotel if you can secure a room with double beds, be aware that they were overbooked with sports travel teams during my stay. The hotel could benefit from upgrading their pull-out sofas, improving room decor and lighting, and including an alarm clock in the rooms. Furthermore, sourcing higher-quality breakfast items would greatly enhance the overall experience.
