Other reviews had me worried, but due to location and price we decided to try this hotel anyway. This hotel was clean and in a great 'safe feeling' location (it's surrounded by a business park). The only thing I could find to 'complain' about would be the light fixture in the corner was dusty; that does not bother me. What I care about: that the bathroom and beds were clean top to bottom, and they were. The front desk didn't give the normal hotel amenities and hours spiel, but she was to the point and pleasant. We would stay here again.

The Medina's
Our stay was for two nights. We found the hotel staff to be exceptional, helpful, and kind in all areas of staffing and management. They bent over backward to meet all of our needs. We want to recognize Ashley, Danyelle, and Sian for their wonderful service to my wife and me. They made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

A nice place on the northside
The check-in was fine. The hotel is on the older side but has been reasonably maintained. The room was very comfortable, with a well-lit workspace and a large TV.

Quiet stay
Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. (It was very firm) There was plenty of parking. We only found ice on one floor. The hotel was quiet. Overall great stay.

Perfect for my trip to Indy/100% would stay again
I booked this for the price last minute, and tbh when I pulled up I was a little unsure as a solo traveler. It looked super old and I saw few cars when I arrived. It was non refundable so I stuck with it and I’m so happy I did. The inside was nice, clean, and cozy and the staff very friendly. This hotel seems like a takeover project from another company so don’t let the low price or exterior sway you. One of the ladies who helped me said she was from corporate and goes around to different locations - give her a raise/promo/whatever she wants and she will keep being a fantastic host.

Property was very clean and well kept. Quiet and remote (in biz park). Comfy bed and hot shower. Plentiful parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Only surprise was the room was not made up. Was not an issue for us, and maybe we missed the message, but possibly let guests know at check in. Also luggage racks would be helpful. Great stay thank you.

First our tv didn’t work. Second really miss not having a free breakfast. I could pay the same amount for fast food as at hotel. Third, our AC/heater was very loud. Lights over sink and microwave were very dim. Pool was low in water and very cold. Parking lot had dim lighting and tall bushes close to entrance doors. Felt unsafe in that area. Won’t stay here again. Not worth the price
