It was easy to get to off the highway, which was a plus. Check-in was smooth and the desk staff very kind and courteous. Im not sure why, but we were given a handicap accessible room. It was extremely large, clean and the furnishings up to date. From there, it was all downhill. The first negative was the beds. They were abnormally low to the ground and extremely soft. Like, wake up all through the night because our backs hurt. The beds in that room were uncomfortable! The next negative was the lack of plugs in the room. There were no plugs one side of the bed, and we both have medical devices that require power. That was frustrating. The last thing that was inconvenient was the lack of trash bins. For a Springhill Suites, this was a very disappointing stay. So much so that we would not stay here again.

Indy Fuel and a great stay
We will be back! The hotel was so nice. It was clean in the lobby and rooms. The pool was perfect and our son enjoyed it We stayed on a suite and it was so nice and had plenty of room. We were able to stay up and visit while my husband slept undisturbed. Breakfast was also great! Thanks

We had a postive stay. Cleanliness was superb, staff was always happy and postive, our stay was above our expectations, breakfast was always delicious and well kept, and lastly we felt we were in the middle of everything around us being convenient to get to. Highly recommend!
The hotel was great. Feather down pillows and a down mattress topper felt like i could melt into the bed. Shower felt amazing. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was one of the best ive had from a hotel.

Traveled for a graduation and the building was conveniently 5mins away (walking distance). Staff was polite and helpful. We didnt try the breakfast but it was available downstairs. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and nice. Food was a good selection and very fresh! We stayed for a cheer competition and it was so difficult getting sleep due to being able to hear the conversations and stomping from the next room over until about 11pm. Called the front desk and asked them to address the situation and it eventually did stop after a while
