Let me start by saying the lady at the front desk was very sweet, and that was the only reason I didn’t list as the lowest rating possible. I am surprised that just for s safety violations that this place is still open for business. The first room we had the toilet wouldn’t flush no big deal they clog up, but the whole toilet moved around and was not bolted to the floor, kind lady at front desk moved us to another room, this was way worse than the first! The room floor was dirty did t look like had been vacuumed in weeks, and stains everywhere, the bed didn’t look to have bed bugs but the level of stains on the mattress was disgustingly gross, the bathroom door would not close, bath tub had a hole in it and was moldy. Walls through out the room were dirty and scratched up. The scary thing was the ac unit, the outlet was just laying underneath the unit wit exposed wires, was worried it would catch fire. The unit did not work so room was muggy. They front desk said it was the fuse had blown. Way more than that I’m sure. We stayed for a few hours before our drive to just rest, should have just stayed in car. But the lady at the front desk was great. Poor girl felt sorry for her. They also called me a week before my stay to tell me they were increasing my rate due to having reserved so far in advance and they changed there rates with Hotels.com uummm OK never heard of that before

Imagine walking into a hotel room where the first thing you notice is a musty odor. The carpet is stained ripped and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. There are crumbs and bits of trash scattered on the floor. The bed was made with sheets that appear dingy and have visible stains. The pillowcases are wrinkled and dirty. The furniture is dusty, with sticky surfaces and coffee rings on the tables.The sink has toothpaste splatters, the mirror is streaked, and there's mold growing in the corners of the shower. The doors barely locked, the ceiling was peeling, and the grounds were questionable. Overall, the room feels neglected and uninviting, making it clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities at this hotel.

Mostly clean, friendly staff and coffee was better than most places. Frustrating that they charged a different rate than what we booked through Expedia. We booked at 64$ a night and were charged 189$ per a night! So that’s frustrating.

Bed bugs and roast Palace
This place has a serious roach in bed bug problem it's no way to avoid it the staff really don't care they'll put you in a room with bed bugs and laugh and think it's funny this is one of the nastiest dirtiest hotels in the whole city of Indianapolis the whole world if you ask me do not risk it it is unsafe and if you do not catch bed bugs or roaches you're going to get hepatitis from the sheets right they have blood on the sheets this place is disgusting they have no real hotel staff they have one made for this whole hotel and he's right down this place is really I don't understand why the city hasn't shut it down

If you can avoid this place you need to I know it's cheap but it's cheap for a reason this place has a serious roach and bed bug problem that the owners do not care about this place is nasty the sheets have blessed things on them I don't even think they wash the sheets and detergent this is one of the nastiest places in the whole city of Indianapolis it's not worth it you are better off sleeping in your car then going here and catching bed bugs or roaches or getting mug and raped by one of the nefarious characters that stalk this properties you're basically risking your life to stay here not to mention your health there is black mold and mostly all the rooms the staff here do not clean they want $125 deposit for waffles and toast maybe cereal and milk it's disgusting

The Indiana board of health really needs to get involved with this place they need to shut this hotel down this place has a bug problem that is severe it is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in it's just a gamble whether you're going to get bed bugs and roaches or both they do not clean their seats they literally put you in a room with blood on the sheets the owner of this hotel has cut so many corners there's nothing left to cut this place is a hellscape it's a it's a rest Haven for prostitutes and drug addicts and bed bugs and roaches

Charged me 100 deposit for any damages or smoking. Don’t smoke and didn’t even use shower. Said would credit when I checked out . Just noticed no credit yet so I have to figure who to call and if necessary dispute with credit card. This Wyndham super eight was atrocious. Thanks expedia, was nasty.
