Lemony Snickets: A Series of Unfortunate Bookings

Very disappointed in the fact some of the rooms had direct access to outside. Free breakfast should not be advertised at all. It was more like free waffles and cereal. I've stayed at 5 Star hotels with an incidental fee for way less. $100 is pricey for a hotel that used to be a motel 6 that was touched up with a name change.

A decent stay but nothing great

When we first pulled up to the building, there were only 2 cars in the whole parking lot. Without these 2 cars, it could have been an abandoned hotel. It's definitely an older building that has been slightly renovated (painting things instead of replacing/repairing them). The gentleman at check in was polite. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. The door was hard to open because of the air guard at the bottom dragging against the carpet. The bed was very soft and we found ourselves sliding into the middle throughout the night. Breakfast was the typical continental but nothing special. Location is decent, not far off the interstate and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

We checked into our room at 9:30pm. It was FREEZING and took over 4 hours to warm up the air. The floor was so cold, we had to put our shoes back on to use the bathroom. Luckily the beds had warm comforters Overall, the hotel felt more rundown than it should have. The area was not a “bad” area, but for some reason the parking lot felt isolated and unsafe. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay.

Check in was very easy and the young man on duty was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We like that this hotel is close to 69 and there are other ways to get around without having to use the main roads.

It should be clear that most rooms have outdoor doors. It could seem a little unsafe and scary for a young woman visiting.
