Hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is top tier with multiple dinning options in the vicinity. The residential side of the hotel is spacious and mostly quiet. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are average at best. We had to ask for hand soap, and they just didn’t restock hand towels. The bed is hard as a rock. One of the nights, they played music the entire night, which isn’t usually a huge issue except that our window wouldn’t fully close either.

I was there for the Taylor Swift concert. So the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel lobby was so festive with Taylor Swift decorations and merchandise. Cocktails were free upon arrival. So overall, our stay was excellent.

The location was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel also had lots of fun activities for the event we were attending. The shower floor was dirty/black. Overall it was a great place to stay and would stay again but would prefer a bit cleaner bathroom.

Had such a horrible experience checking in. We weren’t able to check in til almost 5 because the room was ready even though we were being charged for 4pm they didn’t seem to care and didn’t let us know. It was only after I asked to speak to the manager was he communicative. Just ridiculous to not have a room “ready” when you get there from flying in and want to rest but had to wait an hour for it.

Room needed work. Paint chipping. Table unsteady. Bathroom cabinets very worn. Shower basic with poor pressure. Did not receive room service even after asking multiple times for it. Bed comfortable. Nice hotel but most likely will not return.

Clean, modern, EV chargers in parking garage.
Great stay just one night in Indy. Parking garage was nice and had level 2 EV chargers at no extra cost which we did use without any issue. Hotel and room was clean and the hotel has a fresh modern feel to it with a lot of cool art in the lobby area. The lobby bar was nice and breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
