We stayed for the park and fly which it does offer however going thru Expedia that feature was not included in the price we paid. So cost us extra! When we booked we thought that was included.

We stayed there 5 days and not one single employee there ever said hello. We would walk in and person at front desk would lift head look at us then put head back down. Next the fitness center had missing and/or stained roof tiles with a trash can placed under them. Trash can and floor had old debris in and around it. And these remained during entire 5 day stay. The water cooler in fitness area was filthy. The entire hotel including our room smelled like stale smoke, musk, and mold. We would have moved hotels but everything was sold out due to 3 nights of Taylor swift concerts.

Immediate impression was that the lobby smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the front desk person was incredibly rude when asked about early check in. Yelled, don't we know there was a time change today?!

The hotel was clean and the woman at the desk was super nice and helpful. However, the airport shuttle stops running at 11 pm and we were not informed of that. Also, the breakfast was good but when they say ends at 9 am, they mean it. One last started shutting stuff off while some guests were still in there, including turning off some of the lights while we were still sitting there visiting.

This hotel was ok . For one night . It wasn’t very clean and there was dust and rust in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not really good but with what you pay it was alright .
