When the desert days heat up, head out to the pool and pool spa to soak for a while or settle into a chaise longue with a book in hand. When you've had your fill of Vitamin D, the well-equipped kitchen will be just the place to reminisce with loved ones as the group's chef whips up tasty meals. A desk and chair can also be found in the main bedroom - perfect for remote work or schooling. Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. Not to mention, this getaway has beautiful tiles throughout, so you will be spoiled from the moment you arrive! This home also offers a kid-friendly bunk room plus a casita with a sleeping area and a bathroom. Please note the fountain is just for show and decoration.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 3 outdoor cameras. There is a camera at the front of the home facing the driveway and street. There is also a camera in the courtyard facing the front door and the door to the casita. A 3rd camera in the backyard facing the greens that gets disconnected the day prior to guests arrival.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
