Indoors, you'll find an expansive, sunlit great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar ready to help you prepare everyone's favorite cuisine. Dine together at the adjacent table - ideal for family game nights - and then lounge in the main living area, switch on the gas fireplace, and watch TV. If you need to get some work done while you're away, this home includes an office with a desk and chair off the foyer. Additionally, one of the two spacious bedrooms features a quiet nook with comfortable seating and an additional TV - a great spot for afternoon reading!

The outdoor firepit is not available until further notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

We were in the area for the George Anich Senior Tennis Tournament at various country clubs in the Palm Desert area. We loved staying in this house…quiet location, comfortable.

House is ok , pretty clean.
We liked the area and the home. The issues were clear plastic over a dirty rug in dining room below table, little thought was taken to make the beddings etc match and show pride of ownership, outside was not taken care by owner/ management company, two patio umbrella’s both broken and didn’t work. Manager did bring a new one after comming over to try and get the old ones to work. Plants in big pots outside dead on patio and management sent someone to clean up patio and plants a few days after being there. Issues with using the community pool which took 5 days before we got access just to the pool area but didn’t have access to workout area because the owner didn’t want to go through the work with the association to make that happen for users of this home as told by the Association. We think the area is good and would come back to the area again.

Indio Weekend
My children had a lacrosse tournament in Indio and the location of the house was perfectly situated just a mile or so from the polo field venue. Unfortunately, getting into the community through the single guest guard gate took upwards of 30 minutes each time we had to come back to the house, this was not convenient. The house was very clean and fit my son and myself well. We received a call just after checking in from management stating that the kitchen faucet had low water pressure and that they wanted to come replace it. The pressure was low, but functional, so I denied the request because I didn’t want to deal with a contractor coming in during our trip. After our first night in the house, I had difficulty sleeping due to a rattling hvac vent in the owner’s bedroom. I then had to contact management to send a contractor out to check the vent. The contractor was unable to fix the problem, so I had to sleep with the heat turned off the next couple nights. Finally, my husband and 18 year old daughter joined us for the last night of our stay, and despite the listing saying the home sleeps 6, there were only 2 beds in the home (1 queen and 1 full), so my daughter had to sleep on the couch. Despite the problems we had, the home was very clean and the management company was very attentive, so our stay was very good for the most part.

We stayed there because our house was being fix after a fire. The house is comfortable almost felt like we were home it’s beautiful place you can see the geese swimming in the pond in the morning .It was nice having breakfast on patio. Perfect tennis tournament location
Great, comfortable and well equipped home near Indian Wells tennis stadium. This home was super nice and clean. Great location in gated community and on the golf course. We had all the kitchen necessities to cook dinner after spending the day at the tennis tournament. Would highly recommend this place.
