The home is located inside a safe, 24-hour gated country club w/ free access to resort amenities including a pool, gym, tennis, and more! Must be 14 and older to use the fitness center.
We are located near many restaurants, markets, casinos, hospital, urgent care, laundry facilities, and more!
Wi-fi and brand new 45" TV.

No backyard access allowed.

Quiet time is 9:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m
No DJ's allowed or large gatherings, please. If a noise disturbance is called in you will get a warning from the Security Team. A second warning is subject to removal from the property and forfeiture of all fees paid. We want our guests to enjoy their time but we must also be mindful and considerate of our neighbors.
There is a possibility that another renter may be in the main house during your stay.
THE BORING STUFF....
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury to yourself or your guests while on the property during your stay. You also understand and agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for any accidents or incidents during your stay and while on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
It is also agreed that we will not be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Any damage to the home, furnishings or property, including odors of cigarette smoke, and evidence of unauthorized pets will be assessed and the renter will be held liable and responsible for the damages.
