Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beautiful home in Indio
The pictures of this property do not fully show the size of this house. There is so much room both inside and outside the house. We were 5 adults and 2 young children and we all had room to move around. The bedrooms are large - and the casita allowed our friend yo have here own private space. The property managers were wonderful and tended to all of our requests extremely quickly. Easy car rides to all major retail outlets and old town La Quinta. Highly recommend Cove to Lake trail if you like moderate hikes. Not much going on in Indio itself but the home had enough to keep us amused with pool table, video console, darts and outside lawn games. The hot tub and pool are heated and the BBQ works great. I would highly recommend this house for large groups.

WONDERFUL home with everything you could want!
There were seven of us celebrating our father's 91 birthday. There was plenty of room to gather, play pool, play in the pool, hot tub or just relax. The outdoor areas were perfect for gathering to chat or to read. We loved cooking and eating in the well stocked kitchen. Nice job making a lovely home-away-from-home! We would stay here again and would recommend it highly!

Amazing house for group of friends
We had a wonderful time staying here. We are a group of 4 adult couples that travel together every year. The house is important because most of the fun is being with each other. The house is well stocked for cooking meals at home. The outdoor space is great for relaxing after a day of excursions. Even though temps were nearly 100 degrees, The afternoons were shaded and we spent most of the time hanging out side. The house allowed each couple to have their own private bath. We hope to stay again.

From the booking to check out, what a pleasure! Everything was pristine and so perfect. All bedrooms were spaced apart well. AC was lovely to adjust according to our needs per room. Plenty of condiments/coffee/fresh cold filtered water in frig waiting for us upon arrival. Soaps/shampoos in bathrooms. Absolutely all was thought out. Pool was perfect temp and plenty of towels etc. Can't wait to book again!

Perfect House - Well-Stocked with Great Amenities.
A group of old friends rented this house for three nights in late-May and the setup was perfect. Lots of space and A group of old friends booked this house and it was perfect. More than enough space for everyone, well-stocked, and a ton of amenities. The hot tub and backyard will not disappoint. The pictures do not decide. Group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole in the yard, and hanging by the fire pit. Bedrooms and beds were all comfortable and spacious. Three large garage spots and a kitchen with everything needed. Shelly was quick to respond with questions and requests. She made the renting process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Family Fun
This was our second year staying at this house. It is everything that is described and more. It couldn't be nicer and the backyard is a complete entertainment oasis! We spent most of our time out there. The house is close to great golf courses, hikes and good restaurants. We'd rate the house a 5 out of 5 and Shelly the manager a 10 out of 5. She was incredibly responsive and helpful and made our stay worry free. We'll be back!

Golf vacation with friends
This was our second time staying at the property, we enjoyed it so much the first time. Very comfortable inside and out - we made good use of the fire-pit and the barbecue/bar area. One suggestion is for lighting at the outdoor table, you can't sit out there for dinner once it's dark. The host is always easy to get in touch with and quickly solves any issues that come up. Would definitely recommend for a couples golf trip.

Absolutely Perfect!
We stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend with family ranging from 85 years old to 16 years old, and the place was just perfect for everyone! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. Everything was very easy to use, from turning on the hot tub, using the coffee maker, and everything else. We loved the pool table, bikes, yard games, heated pool. Definitely plan to return!!

An Unbelievable Property
The house could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a pool table, a pool and a hot tub that we took advantage of. The hostess, Pamela, could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home!

Our group of seven life long friends meet about once a year to reminisce and make new memories. We usually go to Palm Springs but opted for this beautiful Indio home. The home was perfect! It offered enough room to spread out (one friend plays the violin), and was cozy enough for a group conversation. The back yard is amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the fire pit. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet. Shelly was quick to respond with any questions we had and made the renting process smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this home!
