Welcome to Tuscany. This stunning four-bedroom villa offers 3,308 square feet of pure elegance, complete with a private pool, spill-over spa, and a cozy outdoor lounge. Nestled in the prestigious Montage at Santa Rosa, you're just minutes from the famous Coachella polo grounds, world-class dining, shopping, and golf. Plus, with the brand-new EV charger, your electric vehicle stays powered up while you unwind in style. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and excitement.

Outdoor: Take advantage of the Palm Springs sun. Grill hamburgers and hot dogs on the barbecue. Relax in the seating area and watch the game on the 55-inch HDTV with a Roku Stick while the kids play in the pool. After the kids are down for the night, kick back in the heated spa or enjoy a cocktail at the fire pit.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor: The interior of this home is elegant! Watch a movie with the family on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room, which features a ceiling fan, fireplace, and seating for 6-10. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances such as the refrigerator, which matches the cabinet paneling, and a double oven for those holiday dinners. Take a seat at the kitchen bar with seating for 5. Sit down with family or maybe even a friends-giving meal at the formal dining room table with seating for 8.

Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite features a Cal-King-sized bed, a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and private access to the patio via the fresh doors. The private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub, tiled countertops, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located on the other side of the house at the end of the hallway and features a Queen-sized bed, a 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV and a walk-in closet. Access to the large shared bathroom with a large tile shower, reach-in closet, and granite countertops with a vanity sink. Bedroom 3 is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a Full-sized bunk bed that sleeps 6, including a Full-sized trundle bed and a Twin-sized sofa sleeper, a 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV, Reach-in closet, and access to the courtyard. Bedroom 4 is located right next to the front door and features a Queen-sized bed, 55-inch TCL Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

There is a full bathroom located between the dining room and the garage door. It has a tiled shower and vanity sink.

Location: Tuscany is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

This was just a show trip for brothers and a sister trying to stay close. The property was very nice with plenty of places to chat. We made good use of the spa, but it was a bit too cold to enjoy the pool. But the pool is beautiful, with waterfalls and an area to put chairs out and a spot for an umbrella. If it was 10 degrees warmer we would have loved it… Two thumbs up. Bbq, kitchen and spices all good. The place was clean. No complaints!

Tuscany Oasis!
We loved staying here for my MIL's 70th bday weekend. We stayed in the house for the entire weekend and the house was perfect for just that. From the gorgeous backyard, pool, and outdoor games to the huge kitchen/living space that was totally equipped made it for a perfect stay.I only wish their were more single bed options rather than roll away/pullout beds. The location was private, safe and pristine! Hosts were very responsive and well organized. We would love to stay here again, thank you!

Nice desert oasis with good amenities and pool
My family and extended family all had a very nice time at this house. It was comfortable, well-decorated, with lots of room and amenities for our stay. It is also offered at a decent price, which is tough to come by in the desert for a house of this size. We had a group of 10 people, and the house was large enough to accomodate all of us without feeling crowded. The kitchen is huge and was very well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There are multiple TVs around the property - in the living room, each bedroom, and even one outside in the covered patio. The air conditioning worked very well, and there are two Nest thermostats to control it. There are also fans in the bedrooms. The pool area was really great. The pool was a nice size, there is a flat area in the shallow end where you can put up an umbrella and lounge on a chair in the shade. The controls were easy to use. And there were more than enough chairs and lounge chairs for our entire family. There are also a lot of shaded areas as well, if you want to stay out of the sun. The outdoor patio also has a nice area on the side with two BBQs, a couch, dining area, and a shuffleboard table and ping pong table. The biggest hiccup was that the fan in my bedroom did not work properly - it would randomly turn off after being on for a few minutes, and the controls didn't work well. But overall - this was a good rental. Easy check-in and out, and communication with the property managers. Would go again.

The house was immaculate, and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for all the people that stopped by and stayed the night. The pool and jacuzzi were large enough for 5+ people. Also, close to several golf courses and casinos.

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation and 60th birthday celebration. There were 6 adults and a seven month old. Everyone had their own bedroom with lots of space to spread out and loads of activities to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, barbecuing outside, meals at the large outdoor table, fun in the hot tub and pool. The home is in a gated community that was perfect for morning and afternoon strolls with the baby. Very clean, well maintained and a good location. I would highly recommend this property and would return again.

This was the first year we have left the winter behind for a month in Palm Sprngs we really enjoyed the weather and the house was perfect for friends and family to visit. Great Basecamp for Festival

Had a pleasant stay at this home. Spacious for my large group. Our only complaint was the bedroom sleeping accommodations were not as indicated on the listing. The pull out sofa bed spring is not in good condition and we could not use it for sleeping. The other folding guest bed had broken springs and unusable so we could only use the lower bunk bed in that room because the ladder to the top bunk bed was also broken. All in all only one full size bed and and the mattress that we placed on the carpet were used in this room. The pool was great and the outdoor communal areas were also fantastic w/lots of shade.

This is a well stocked property with comfortable furnishings. The shuffleboard, ping pong table and cornhole games were a hit. The pool and hot tub were great. This home was perfect for all age groups of our family. The kitchen was well supplied with various utensils. The home features TV's inside and out with many options to watch. Everything was as promised.
