Disappointing stay
Our stay wasn't horrible, but it was a very basic room with no toiletries outside of a bar of soap. The room had a refrigerator and kitchenette, but no blow dryer or ironing board. The toilet was not functioning correctly. I reported it 3 times to the front desk and no one looked into it. I would NOT stay there again.

The hotel is relatvely new. Room has full refrigerator, stove, and microwave if you want to make your own quick breakfast. No dishes. BYO. Needs more on going maintenance and repairs to keep place looking good. Toilet didnt work and hallways need vacuuming. Adding a better darkening blind would be an improvement to block out the bright lufhts from the parking lights.

Great stay nice friendly staff. Everything you need is walking distance safe easy parking. Clean 5 star cleanliness. Even a laundry facility and work out room kitchenettes with full size refrigerator. Very clean place.

Property is excellent very convenient. Plenty of shopping centers all around . Also variety of eating options. I wouldn't choose anywhere else can't beat the prices. Overall great stays.

1 iron for the hole hotel!!!! Horrible
I thought it being a new hotel,I would have a pleasant clean experience.Noooooooo, So let me just start by saying I’m checking in, the gentleman checking me in says there’s no restroom for outside use… I said excuse me, he said no restroom for outsiders just employees…I thought that was very strange as every hotel, I’ve ever been to has a restroom in lobby,but Ooookay, so finish checking in went up to my room….call the front desk shorty,asking for an iron. They said they have one iron and it’s currently being used. I had a concert within hour of check inn… but, It’s a brand new hotel. You guys only have one iron. They said they had three but two have been stolen but day prior….. ridiculous to only have one iron for a hotel of at least 50 rooms or more it’s unrealistic, After calling a few times, someone finally nocked on my door and left it on the floor, as I’m sure the employees were upset as I had been calling, however, If I’m staying at a hotel, you guys are supposed to accommodate your guest,in a friendly manner, I work in sales and no matter what, customers or guest are always right…also, That bed was also very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

The property is very convenient for shopping, groceries. Just about anything you got. Plenty of shopping centers and stores within walking distance. Nice clean area. Highly recommend when you come to the desert. Choose Woodspring Suites. Oh and you can't beat the prices. The prices are amazing, cheaper than any other hotels here in the area.

Stayed at this location for 1 night …. The hotel it self was nice and cleaned seemed to be remodeled recently, front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable check in was quick and easy… got to my room there was no towels, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner there was food from the previous guests…just some advice to housekeeping maybe double or triple check the fridge when cleaning nothing major ! … other than that the stay was great bed was comfortable room was huge ! Would probably stay there again

Always a pleasant place for me to relax and staff is very helpful. Always a great stay. Must visit if your in the area or plan a stay in Indio convenient right by the freeway . Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Grocery markets shopping centers. Overall a very good experience.

Staff was kind and helpful. It did take three passwords to use the WiFi. The room was nice and spacious, but our door didn’t lock from the outside. Also a small stream of water sprayed the bathroom when the shower was on. The plumber tape above the shower head leaked. These are items that should be caught by housekeeping. The floors lack insulation because it sounded like the room above us was being rearranged. That noise finally discontinued just in time for a Latino band to begin playing in the parking lot from 10:00pm-2:30am!!! Earplugs? Forget it. They don’t touch this band’s sound system. So, after a 10 hour day of travel…. This hotel was a nightmare. BTW: no coffee available in the morning…

Awesome stay
Hotel is nice and clean in a great area next to the freeway also next to lots of food places and markets. The hotel it’s self was nice and clean the rooms are spacious and even comes with a little kitchen area and fridge will definitely be staying again when I go to visit family in the Coachella area. Both the morning and night time guys at the front desk were nice and helpful.

This property seems like John central if you know what I mean. Rooms were filthy, surfaces sticky, beds had hair in them, black mold around the drains. We had a 4 night reservation and left after the first night. We slept in our clothes, on towels laid over the bed spread the one night we were there. AWFUL! Do not book here if you are looking for family friendly.
