The owners, mother and daughter, have been extremely welcoming and helpful. But beyond that, it is as if you were coming to see friends. Very good vibes. Also, every body knows each other in the village which makes it very homy.

The Marina Motel in Inlet, NY is outstanding in so many categories. The owners are really terrific, friendly and very helpful with all our questions. The continental breakfast has fresh yummy pastries each day from the local bakery and the rec room where breakfast is set up is a great setting. Motel is spotless and has all the things we needed for our one week visit. It is half a block away from the center of town with many restaurants and shops and centrally located to many ADK activities. Hope to get back there again in the fall.

Booked my room last minute for the eclipse. They called me ahead of check in to offer for me to watch from the parking lot even though check in was not till after the eclipse! The room was simple but had nicer finishes and was very clean and comfortable.

No outlets on right side of bed, no lamps on bedside tables. Needed to get up to turn on light in the middle of the night,limit channels on tv if you didn't have a subscription to like Hulu or something like that,very strict, notes everywhere so you didn't do something they don't like, how to park your car etc. Own said we should've calledthem,and not use an app.no housekeeping daily, need to ask for fresh towels Outrageous taxesontop of sales.
