I loved the ambiance of this hotel. It's elegant. The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone was nice and helpful. The bar is mega-cozy and dark.

Luxury in the heart of Frankfurt
Very good luxury hotel in the city center, one metro station away from the main train station. Close to shops, restaurants, old town and the river. Great place to stay but a bit pricey. Great customer service and helpful staff.

This hotel is an old class luxury hotel with a great location. The only issue they have is the touch on/off system to activate the water in the bathroom shower and bathtub. It's really a hassle and I had to call the reception to have someone sent up to turn it on and off as all my multiple trials did not work. This should be a simple, easy to operate fixture not a frustrating situation.

They asked us to pay 35 euro per day on checking in if we wished to have breatfast. After 2 nights we saw that there was an offer of free breakfast on booking but we had to ask for this.
