An excellent hotel, right in the heart of the old town, with one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The room was a little small but comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The service was excellent throughout, with very helpful staff. The bar / breakfast area has beautiful views and is stylishly furnished. The breakfast itself was the highlight of this hotel - it was a feast of interesting and delicious dishes every day. It also represented excellent value for money - fill up on the breakfast! From 7pm, the cocktail bar on the top floor is an excellent place for a drink. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and its attractions, with plenty of public transport links on the doorstep too. Parking was €20 a day at the Alstadtgarage, a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Lovely hotel in the old town of Innsbruck. The reception and bar is on the top floor. The bar is lovely to go to in the evening. Gets quite busy. The room was quite small but very nice. Good location so easily walkable to the restaurants, shops, funicular etc.

Property is in a main walking street filled with restaurants, cafes and stores minutes away from the cathedral and other tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Air conditioned was an issue as the room never cooled. When I mentioned to the manager the next morning, he asked me nicely, if I had opened the window. He had a point in that it was cooled outside that evening, but as I told him, we paid for a room with working AC.

Great little hotel close to shops and dinner! Very friendly staff and even offered us a welcome drink after a long drive! Only issue was it was very hot and the AC did not get cold enough! They did however give us a fan which helped but it was very hot

Hotel was well situated. Easy walking distance to many areas of interest. Hotel had an interesting vibe and was decorated to enhance it. Great breakfast and super staff. AC was not working and made it very uncomfortable for sleeping as the daytime temperatures exceeded 30C.

Staying in Altstadt at the Weisses Kreuz hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast each day is delightful. The room is well-appointed. The area is quiet and quaint with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Just an excellent place to spend some time and to have as an home base when enjoying Innsbruck. I will stay at the Weisses Kreuz during my next visit.

First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. Hotel it self is located in a central area with easy walking access to restaurants coffee sightseeing and hiking. Place is super clean, and the rooms are interesting but it’s in a historic building so you have to take it for what it is. I would recommend booking a place with balcony for some outdoor space. However, again I want to underline the cleanliness
