Not much nearby... A few kebab places 1 local restaurant. 12 min walk to pedestrian friendly areas, tourist shops, grocery stores. Did I mention the staff was wonderful?

Great hotel, with amazing views. We were lucky to have rooms on 10th floor and the view was unbelievable! Very clean, great service, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Location could not be better - ten minute walk to old town and 5 minutes to train station.

The property was great, new and clean. Super breakfast. The front desk service experience is so divided across two spectrum. There is staff (Sara Jamro) who is super, helpful and friendly. There are others who never attended to my requests like changing towels. At the end, a staff delivered clean towels twice to my room but both were wet and not folded properly as if they were used. I ended up go down to concierge to ask for clean towels and bring back to my room! Substandard service.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Views from the top floors were superb. We ate in the rooftop restaurant and were happy with the food and the service. There’s an excellent breakfast selection also.

We had a lovely time at this hotel and it was right in the centre pf Innsbruck walking distance to all the attractions. The views are wonderful and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

We did not like that it was extremely hard to find the hotel. They had no sign to indicate where the entrance was. I've never seen this with any other hotel. We had to drive around and around to even realize where the entrance was. Even worse was that there is no where for you to pull in to the entrance and unload your car. You have to go find a parking garage and drag your luggage from there. The room had no desk to work from. The hotel is beside the train station so you hear constant noise and rumbling from every train passing by. There was hair in the bathtub from the previous guest. The restaurant was expensive, yet of poor quality and service. The only good thing was the view. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The view is the enough reason for Innsbruck visit
They say a Michelin 3 star means "The restaurant has exceptional cuisine and thus worth a special journey just to visit." The mountain view in the hotel room gave me enough reason to visit Innsbruck. The only downside, perhaps, is that the view is too majestic that I did not want to leave the room. Loved every aspect of my stay, and was thankful for the friendly staff.

This hotel is simply exceptional, the view of the mountains is incredible. The restaurant is impressive. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back and stay again. Would certainly recommend. The only thing to note is that it is difficult to access by car, there is not really a dedicated loading zone for the hotel, but this is a minor inconvenience because once you are in the hotel, it is simply breathtaking!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Adlers in one of their incredible Presidential Suites. The panoramic view of Innsbruck from the room is absolutely unmatched. The suite itself was lovely and we especially loved the bar area with room to make coffee and enjoy a drink. Our only concern was that we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door the entire stay and we swear an employee came IN our room while we were all sleeping, said “hello!” And left two bottles of soap. Then another time when we went sightseeing (and left the do not disturb sign) we came back to a gambling credit card left in the light-activation slot. Just a bit concerning but we chalked it up to “what they do”. If I was more concerned I would have spoken to the desk to ask about it.

The view from the room is unbelievable!!! We got the panoramic view from the deluxe room and I can sit and watch the mountains all day long! Very close to the train station, breakfast was amazing (again breakfast-with-view). The major downside was that the room could only accommodate two guests but was given to a family of four.

Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel!! Great location for the old town area especially. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing room, the view was incredible! Made the extra effort by decorating the room as it was our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend!
